Return requests must be made within seven days of the delivery date. After seven days from the delivery date, you must contact OTEP Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Your purchased item must be unopened and in the same condition you received. The original packaging must be returned with the item and the receipt or proof of purchase. If you request a refund, we will inspect the item shipped back to us within the date, and you will be on the status of a refund. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card( or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
