The Taste Asia Demo Kitchen is open to chefs of all backgrounds—both Asian and non-Asian—who are passionate about showcasing their culinary talents. We invite local chefs from all cultures to experiment and create dishes that are inspired by Asian flavors. This program encourages chefs to not only honor traditional tastes but also innovate, combining their personal culinary influences with Asian-inspired ingredients to bring something new to the table.

How to Participate:

• For Attendees: The Demo Kitchen is your chance to taste, learn, and discover new flavors! Join us for 45-60 minute cooking sessions each day and watch the magic happen right before your eyes.
• For Chefs: If you’re a local or national chef who is passionate about Asian-inspired cooking, we invite you to apply to join the Demo Kitchen. Show off your creative dishes, inspire food lovers, and share your culinary journey with the community.
